§ 01 — On the practice

4+ years of quietly competent shipping.

I'm Harsh Jain, a Full Stack Developer based in Delhi. Since 2022 I've been at SRR International, where I lead engineering on CloudLCMS — the e-learning platform serving the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.

My specialty is the unfashionable one: accessibility. Section 508. WCAG 2.1 AA & AAA. Real screen-reader testing with NVDA and ANDI, not just lighthouse scores. As of January 2026 I'm a DHS-certified Trusted Tester.

Beyond the day job: two NPM packages, an AI news aggregator that pushes to WhatsApp, and an MCA in progress at GGSIPU. Open to remote roles globally.

    Joined as a full stack developer focused on government e-learning systems.

    Shipped CloudLCMS to the VA

    Led delivery of the proprietary LCMS now serving the U.S. Dept. of Veteran Affairs.
